Services 1mdbet is available only to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. 1mdbet reserves the right to decline registration or close the account of any individual who does not meet these requirements, without notice or compensation.
Important Notice: If it is found that a member has provided false information regarding their age or eligibility, 1mdbet reserves the right to void all winnings and close the account immediately without any deposit refund.
Each individual is only permitted to register one account only at 1mdbet. Holding more than one account under any name, email address, phone number, IP address, or device constitutes a serious violation that may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
Members are solely responsible for keeping their login credentials secure. 1mdbet will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.
1mdbet reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, particularly before processing a first withdrawal or when suspicious account activity is detected. Documents that may be requested include a copy of your MyKad, recent bank statements (3 months), or proof of ownership of the payment method used.
The KYC process is typically completed within 1–2 business days. Members who fail to complete KYC within 30 days of the request may be unable to make withdrawals until the process is finalised.

1mdbet does not charge any processing fees for the first deposit or withdrawal of the day. Additional withdrawals on the same day may be subject to a small administrative fee of RM 2 per transaction.
